I have been working in PCBs since 2000, and in Fineline since 2016.
I started out as the Operations Director, and then switched over to Quality Director, overcoming new and different challenges arising daily. My role is wide and varied, giving me the opportunity to broaden my knowledge and develop new skills, and I get great satisfaction from the impact that I’m able to make on the business.
The staff are all a great support in helping me complete the tasks required, and I enjoy building relationships with the clients and getting to know their business requirements. It is clear that the dedicated and knowledgeable people are the biggest asset to Fineline.
